Are you an authorized seller of these spare parts?
Yes. We source all our parts directly from the official warehouses of the respective brands. When you place an order, it is picked up directly from the brand's warehouse and shipped to you — we don't stock parts ourselves or source them from third parties.
Can I verify your business registration or GST number?
Absolutely. Our GSTIN in Karnataka is 29ABACA7926K1ZA. You can verify this at any time on the official GST portal at gstin.gov.in. We are a fully compliant private limited business entity operating legally in India. Our CIN (Company Identification Number) is U70200KA2024PTC189177, which can be verified with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) website mca.gov.in.
Can you give Cash on Delivery option?
We understand COD is a preferred option for many, and we wish we could offer it. But the nature of our business makes it genuinely difficult. Every part is sourced on demand — meaning we place the order with the brand only after you order with us. This requires us to make an upfront commitment to the brand, which we can't do without a confirmed payment from your end.
We know prepaid orders require trust, and that's exactly why we've built every part of our process to be transparent and verifiable — from the Razorpay payment gateway to the brand warehouse pickup you can see on tracking. Your money is safe, and your spare part is real.
How long have you been in business?
We are a new company, and we won't pretend otherwise. But being new doesn't mean being unreliable. Every part we sell comes directly from the brand's warehouse, your payment is processed by Razorpay, and your order is shipped by the best logistics partners in India. You are protected at every step. By the way, the company was registered on 30th of May 2024.

Are the parts you sell original or duplicate?
Every part on our website is 100% original. We do not deal in duplicate, compatible, or grey market parts — only genuine parts sourced directly from the brand. If you ever receive something that doesn't seem original, we will refund you, no questions asked if notified to us within 3 days of delivery.
Where do these parts come from?
All parts are shipped directly from the official warehouse of the respective brand. We do not maintain our own inventory. This is why when you track your order, you will see the pickup location as the city where that brand's warehouse is located — which you can easily verify with a quick Google search.
Will I get a warranty on the part I buy?
Yes. Every part you purchase from us comes with a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery. Since all our parts are original and sourced directly from the brand's warehouse, you can buy with complete confidence. If the part develops any issue within this period, reach out to us and we'll make it right.
How will I know the part I received is original?
Original parts come in the brand's official packaging with proper labelling, part numbers, and in many cases a hologram or seal. If anything feels off, contact us immediately.
What is your return and refund policy?
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective part, inform us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the part and the packaging. We will schedule a pickup from your address — you don't need to do anything except keep the part ready in its original package. Once it reaches the brand's warehouse and clears their quality check, a full refund will be processed once approved by the brand.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed once the returned part reaches the brand's warehouse and clears their quality check. The timeline depends on how long the courier takes to deliver it back, but once QC is cleared on their end, your refund will be initiated promptly and credited back to your original payment method within 3-4 business days. If the payment is not credited to your account within 7 days from delivery at the brand warehouse, please reach out to us. We will share the payment proof or transaction number which you can take up with your bank.
What if the part doesn't fit my appliance model?
Before placing an order, please double-check the model number of your appliance. The model number can be found at the backside of the appliance. If you're unsure, WhatsApp us your model number and we'll confirm the right part for you before you buy. If a wrong part was delivered due to an error on our end, we'll replace or refund it fully.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and EMI — all processed securely through Razorpay, one of India's most trusted payment gateways.
Is it safe to enter my card or UPI details on your site?
Yes, completely. We do not handle your payment details ourselves. All transactions are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant and used by thousands of businesses across India including major brands and banks. Your financial information never touches our servers.
Do you store my payment information?
No. We do not store any card, UPI, or banking information. All payment data is managed entirely by Razorpay.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3-4 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched from the brand’s warehouse.

We ship through Blue Dart, DTDC & Delhivery, which are among the most reliable courier networks in India.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is ready for dispatch at the brand’s warehouse, you will receive a WhatsApp message (provided the mobile number you shared with us is active on WhatsApp) and an email (provided you have given your email address while placing the order) with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your order in real time.
Why does my tracking show the pickup from a different city?
This is completely normal and is actually a sign that your part is genuine. Since we source parts directly from the brand's official warehouse, the pickup location on your tracking will show the city where that warehouse is located — not our office. For example, if you ordered a MarQ part, it will show pickup from Malur city in Karnataka. You can verify this by Googling "MarQ by Flipkart warehouse India" and you'll find it matches. This is one of the ways you can confirm your part is genuinely coming from the brand.
